Characteristics

  • Color: Luminous apricot-pink that shifts to a creamy lemon-pink in peak summer heat.
  • Type: Versatile Shrub / Short Climber featuring flexible branches and glossy, dark green foliage.
  • Fragrance: Intensely powerful, rich blend of refreshing citrus, sweet orchard fruits, and tea.
  • Bloom Size: Medium to large (3 to 4 inches wide) producing tightly packed, double cupped rosettes.
  • Hardiness: USDA Zones 5–10.
  • Season: Continuously pushes heavy flushes from early spring through late autumn.

Perfect For

  • Balconies and containers because of their compact habit and flexible canes are easily managed in small spaces.
  • Hot, humid climates where its superior heat and sunburn tolerance outlast more sensitive varieties.
  • Elegant indoor bouquets thanks to their sturdy stems and outstanding week-long vase life.

Care Tips

Plant in full sun and rich, well-draining soil, water regularly at the base to maintain even moisture without soaking the leaves, and prune back by one-third in early spring while providing light afternoon shelter in extreme summer heat to protect the buds.
